Easidance Ballroom opened in 2001. Due to our success we moved to our current, bigger premises in 2006. Since then the studio has served the Carrollwood and Tampa Community for 15 years, teaching literally hundreds of students of all ages. Our mission is to bring fun and excitement through the world of dance to Tampa Bay.

Anthony has been with Easidance Ballroom over 7 years now. He originally came in to watch his sister take ballroom lessons for her wedding. At first, he didn't want to dance at all but eventually got on the floor for his first lesson. As he progressed, his dancing improved tremendously with his first competition.
Since then, Anthony has competed many times, firstly, as a student and now as an instructor with Easidance's amazing team and group of students!
When not at the studio, Anthony enjoys travelling.
Maurice Rowe was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. His dance adventures began in 1996 at a local country bar called Club Dance. Maurice started competing in 2003 at various UCWDC events, leading him to a spot at the UCWDC Worlds 2004, where he competed in the intermediate divisions of novelty and funky. He placed 5th in both categories. Maurice has now been dancing ballroom for 9 years. Maurice’s favorite dance is the West Coast Swing. What he loves about teaching is that he gets to meet new people and share his passion so that they end up enjoying dance just as much as he does. When not at work his hobby is line dancing!
As a child, Emma could never sit still. She was always spinning around, no matter where she was or who was watching. For her 7th birthday, Emma's mother bought her dance lessons and she instantly fell in love. Emma trained as a professional dancer for 5 years after high school, focusing on Musical Theatre. She landed her first professional job with Carnival Cruise Lines and stayed for 10 years.
Emma returned to her Musical Theater roots on the West End stage in the cast of "Call Me Madam". She has also starred in music videos, on TV, and as a dancer in the feature film "Street Dance 3D". Emma enjoys teaching and bringing the fun of dance to all of the students that she teaches at Easidance Ballroom. She works with many wedding couples on their "First Dance" and enjoys helping everyone with their moves for both social dancing and for performances.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and her cat.
